Losing Sight Of FitnessRaechelle Chase

Raechelle had started to gradually distance herself from the gym by the time she was in her late 20s.

She had given birth three times at this time, thus her responsibilities as a mother took precedence. This consequently gave her very little time to go to the gym.

Raechelle lost all of her progress in the weight room as a result of her lack of exercise since she was out of shape. But when Raechelle’s third kid was 4 months old, things got worse for her.

Raechelle’s self-assurance was nonexistent at this moment, and she was insecure about her appearance.

Raechelle eventually decided that she wanted to reclaim the incredible figure she had before the birth of her children. She then started searching for her love of fitness again.

After some time, Raechelle concluded that competing in bikinis was the best method for her to achieve her ideal figure.

Raechelle was aware that she still had a ways to go. In Raechelle’s words:

The next logical step, of course, was to choose a contest and enter it.

“One day I looked in the mirror and decided I couldn’t put it off any longer, it was time to just start on the journey to getting my body back with the goal, that I get into the best form of my life!”

Raechelle entered her first amateur competition in 2007 and was soon able to fulfill her lifelong dream of competing in bikinis.

Raechelle realized she had found her true calling when she started a career in fitness at this point. As she put it:

“I didn’t realize the fitness sector was where I was supposed to work until I competed in 2007 as a Novice and won my class, best posing routine, and Overall Figure Champion.”

Raechelle made her professional debut in 2009 after working tirelessly to get the incredible physique for which she is now renowned. Since that time, her career in the fitness industry has flourished.

She has not only appeared on the covers of various fitness magazines throughout the world, but she has also secured sponsorship deals with numerous health businesses.
