Sara’s Advice for Future Competitors
If you’re considering entering a fitness or bodybuilding competition. Perhaps Sara’s message will aid you in making the best choice for yourself;
“Avoid participating merely because it’s a popular sport or because your friends are.
The enthusiasm for training and nutrition must be sincere because this activity is not for everyone. You must be willing to give up a lot of time, food, and in some cases even friends when you decide to compete.
But only if you’re prepared to put in the necessary effort and are committed to making this transformation.
Do it! I’ve never made a better decision than this one! I’m grateful for everything this sport has given me, and I adore this way of life. Sarah Back
