Early Savannah Years
Savannah Rose Neveux, a native of the “City of Flowers” in Los Angeles, attended fitness conventions with her father every year while growing up admiring bodybuilders and other sportsmen.
Savannah was always attracted to these athletes, but she didn’t start living a similar lifestyle until her junior year of college. She decided to begin her fitness journey because she was unhappy with how she looked and with her “state of mind.”
She established a pattern of unhealthy behaviors throughout her first years in college, including weekend binge drinking and “overeating” processed meals.
She eventually understood that to get in shape, she needed to make a significant adjustment in her life.

Savannah purchased a gym membership after deciding to quit living a “health-wrecking” lifestyle. She started weight training and carefully monitored her diet, eliminating the “junk foods” and booze she had been consuming for years.
This choice has gradually but surely paid off. Savannah claims that the first six months were the hardest, but once they were over, she was in the best form of her life.

Savannah was motivated to assist others in making the same changes once she realized how she could completely transform her body in a matter of months.
