Desserts: enjoyed but with guilt

Desserts conclude a meal but are usually the most awaited course of a meal. People look forward to it and relish it. But this great feeling is often mingled with guilt feelings, especially in diabetics.

Because desserts are sweet and made of refined sugars with loads of saturated fats. And both are unhealthy daily or in excess. They could eventually lead to heart ailments, stroke, or diabetes.
