Who Is Stanimal De Longeaux?

Stanimal De Longeaux is a French-born IFBB Pro bodybuilder who now calls Los Angeles home.

Stanimal De Longeaux competed in Men’s Physique at the beginning of his bodybuilding career. Stanimal went to Classic Physique as his physique improved, and Stanimal De Longeaux has since been competing there.

He was an active child who observed his body change after he began lifting weights. He began by exercising in his bedroom with just a bench and some weights. After a tough day at work, he would train hard every evening without any justification.

Stanimal’s physique grew even more once he joined the gym. He started to get interested in bodybuilding competitions during this period. After a series of events, Stanimal finished third in his first exhibition.

Stanimal De Longeaux was quite active as a child in athletics. But as he got older, Stanimal’s obligations began to “mount up.” Stanimal was unable to balance studying for school, participating in a team sport, and earning a second job.

According to him, there was a point when he struggled to balance work, education, and his side employment. Stanimal, though, was determined not to give up on his love of physical activity despite the lack of free time.

He, therefore, decided to build a little home gym where he could practice. He bought some weights, and a small bench, and placed them in his bedroom. Every evening after work, he trained there.

Stanimal noticed his body changing after a year of consistent training. At this time, he decided to take things further by signing up for a nearby gym.

Stanimal enjoyed working on his body, but he never thought of doing bodybuilding. But as summer drew near and he started to get thinner, Stanimal started getting recommendations from his friends to enter a physique contest.

Stanimal decided to do it after receiving constant support. He participated in his first competition and came in third. He was inspired by the outcome and decided to try his luck again, this time placing third.

Getting A Pro, (Exercise)

After his second performance, Stanimal took a vacation in the United States. As luck would have it, he was given the chance to take part in another show while on vacation.

He decided to try again because he was already in fantastic form from winning earlier competitions.

He ultimately finished in second place and met a sponsor who sent him to the Arnold Classic. Stanimal stayed in the country long for the Arnold Classic, attended the competition, and won, earning a Pro Card in the process.

Stanimal’s career has soared since he took home the Pro Card. Now that he’s living the life of his dreams, he says:

Stanimal enjoys performing exercises that work for several muscle groups at once. His preferred exercises include the leg press, dumbbell rows, and incline dumbbell press because of this. Stanimal likes these exercises for the following reasons:

However, he continues to consume the same amount of protein. In addition, Stanimal says, “I go by the mirror; if I’m flat, I’ll take carbs, and if I’m full, I’ll just have some fats.”
