Cardio
Tara dances as her main form of physical activity. Since she has spent most of her life performing professionally, she enjoys “busting moves” while also exercising.
She works out with such a wonderful hobby because she teaches pole dancing to a big group of clients.
She enjoys performing HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) exercises in between her weight lifting sets when she isn’t dancing.
She claims that she can often be seen “jumping around the gym constantly” since she enjoys how challenging certain workouts can be.
Tara includes a range of low-intensity workouts in addition to these quick, intensive ones when she wants to lose weight gradually. She uses the treadmill in her gym to jog uphill or perform a brief Tae Bo session first thing in the morning.
Favorite Workouts
Tara claims that the workouts that “don’t feel like working out” are her favorites. Dance, martial arts, gymnastics, yoga, volleyball, and tennis are some of Tara’s exercises.
If she had to choose which exercises to do in the gym to enhance particular areas’ aesthetics, she would pick:
- Abs: Plank or pilates ‘hundred’

- Cardio: Tennis, or running on the beach

Relying On Music For Her Pre-Workout Pump

“Diet is what gets your body looking the way you want, so if it is important to you, make sure it is on point.”

Tara enjoys cooking as frequently as she can. She likes modifying tried-and-true recipes by including more wholesome ingredients to “fool” her. Tara claims that by doing this, she can prevent cheat meals.
In this type of cooking, baked sweet potato chips are one of her favorite options. She also mixes whey protein powder into the batter for her protein pancakes.
She consumes veggies, nuts, fruit, lean meats, and protein powder as part of her daily diet. Although she resists the impulse to binge, she experiences cravings for things like hamburgers.
Snack options
Tara LaValley prefers nibbles like a handful of cashew nuts with sugar-free syrup when she has a craving for something sweet and salty. She also enjoys eating tropical fruit as frequently as possible because it gives her more energy.
