Biography

Competitive Right Away

Tristen Escolastico, who grew up in northern New Jersey, was a devoted football player and wrestler in his younger years. Through these activities, he developed an interest in weight training.

He soon signed up for his first gym membership and started working out. Tristen became aware that he could develop into more than simply “another big guy at the gym” after noticing rapid progress in his muscle development.

He competed in his first bodybuilding competition in the Teen class when he was 19 years old, in 2010. Tristen won the NPC Atlantic States Championships as a middleweight participant by thrashing his opponents.

He had the self-assurance to “reach for the stars” and set his sights on competing at the highest level after this early success.

Bodybuilding Contests

Tristen switched to the light-heavyweight bodybuilding division in 2011 and then participated in the NPC Collegiate National Championships.

His tremendous upper body posed a serious threat to his rivals, but his legs weren’t up to par. He finished third and took away some important lessons from the competition.

A year later, he returned with a powerful set of “wheels.” His dedication paid off, and in the 2012 NPC East Coast Championships, he took home the title of the light-heavyweight bodybuilder.

He competed at the 2012 NPC Eastern USA and finished in second place a few months later. Tristen set his sights on obtaining the Pro Card and joining the top bodybuilders’ circuit after this competition.

Developing Professionally

Tristen was on his way to becoming a Pro thanks to his strong muscle growth and early-stage success. To help him add muscle to his frame and hone his posing technique, he had to employ a coach, though.

He then hired Fakhri Mubarak, a well-known expert in bodybuilding, who assisted him in his preparations. Tristen devoted the entire year of 2013 to preparing for his forthcoming tournament in 2014.

He took his muscle growth to a whole new level during that time, and he was prepared to take on the toughest amateur bodybuilding challenge.

Tristen competed as a light-heavyweight in the IFBB North American Championship a year later. Some of the continent’s toughest competitors competed on the show.

Tristen was able to outperform the other 39 participants and win the competition, nevertheless, thanks to his unwavering commitment to the kitchen and the gym.

With the win, he received the much-desired Pro Card and rose in the bodybuilding hierarchy.

Future Contests

2015 saw Tristen make his professional debut at the Europa Games in Phoenix, Arizona, where he finished fourth.

He decided to take a break from the stage after the performance to devote more time to other aspects of his life. He immediately launched a business selling athletic wear, and it prospered over time.

If you put all of your efforts into achieving a goal and no one can stop you, you transform into something completely different. It all depends on how much you can take and still advance.

Training

Cardio

In the off-season, Tristen regularly exercises for 30 minutes while fasting, three times a week.

However, he will lengthen or more frequently perform his cardio workouts when getting ready for a bodybuilding competition.

Preferred Body Part

Tristen claims he enjoys working out every body area, but if he had to pick just one, his back would be it.

When working out this specific body part, he enjoys performing lots of isolation exercises because he feels that they help him develop more tone and definition there.

“The only purpose of looking back is to gauge how far one has traveled. Otherwise, don’t ever turn around.

Nutrition

Like the majority of bodybuilders, Tristan pays close care to his diet before competitions. Cheat meals are only seldom permitted during the early stages of competition preparations.

He indulges in a cheat meal or two during the off-season without worrying about putting on extra weight. He claims that he is still careful about what he eats, though.

Fish, specifical tilapia, is Tristen’s least preferred cuisine. He claims that eating this kind of fish up to six times a day while it’s being prepared is difficult for him.

Supplements

Tristen Escolastico typically takes creatine and a certain pre-workout supplement. He will take a whey protein isolate post-workout.

He upgrades his supplement stack with a high-quality fat burner when he wants to shed pounds.

However, he noted that supplements are only a support for his diet and do not, in any way, substitute for balanced diets and a healthy diet, particularly when it comes to reducing fat.

How Can Tristen Escolastico Teach Us Something?

Tristen Escolastico’s character and great commitment to the sport helped him achieve success and reputation in the fitness sector relatively quickly.

Despite his poor origins as a teenager, he was always confident that one day he would succeed. If you want to experience this level of success in life, you need to adopt that mindset and attitude.

Finally, Tristen wishes to say this to everyone who wants to achieve their goals:

“No matter what you pursue in life, whether it be fitness, bodybuilding, construction, or an MMA fighter. Give it 100% and nothing less! What you do every day matters more than what you do once In a while.

If you have dreams, if you have goals, be consistent every day and you will be that much closer to success. You fall, get right up. If you make a mistake, learn from it, and you don’t know, ask! You can always learn, and you can always get better.” – Tristen Escolastico
