Vidya is unquestionably in the greatest form of her life, and she is steadily gaining fans. Her development is a little more gradual but consistent, which is far preferable to two days of celebrity.
Finding Vidya’s exercise routine was challenging, but eventually, I was able to understand how she maintains her fitness.
If you’re thinking Vidya goes to the gym, guess again. I looked through her whole Instagram account, but there was not a single post indicating that she was even close to a gym.
However, Vidya launched the Blogilates channel, where they work out and do various things with celebrities, after creating a video exercise using YouTube and fitness experts.
Vidya also went there, and although she performed all the exercises, you can see that her form was not as good as gymgoers should be. They engage in various floor Pilates exercises and activities together in the video, which you can watch right here.
Apart from that, her daily regimen does include exercise and dancing classes. There are numerous videos of Vidya dancing on her YouTube channel, and she even published a choreography video.
Dancing does help a lot to keep you in shape and toned, so it is not that difficult to believe. If you take a decent dance lesson, you can burn about 500 calories in one hour.

I’ll be honest with you and say that I have no idea what she eats. Even on YouTube, no one knows what she eats. Perhaps Vidya occasionally made comments on her life, but I am not aware of this because I don’t follow her.
So I’ll share with you my food strategy that will help you get in shape and work best with this workout.
We will practice 16:8 intermittent fasting, which limits our eating window to 8 hours. Therefore, I advise skipping breakfast so that you won’t go to bed hungry.
Vidya Vox’s diet consists of:
1st Meal
- Oatmeal and blueberries pancake

2nd Meal (after three hours)
- A bowl of salad

3rd Meal (in the last hour of your eating window)
