She eventually told her parents that everything would be fine and that weightlifting was her new love. A few months later, Verónica signed up for a gym.

“Most of my workouts are strength-based. I enjoy mixing weightlifting with plyometric exercises or attempting new exercises with a medicine ball, football, etc.
