Biography of Whitney Wiser
High School Education
Whitney Wiser has led a full life of activity. Her coach brought a personal trainer for their basketball team in high school, which is how she first became interested in weightlifting.
Whitney enjoyed weightlifting almost as much as she enjoyed basketball. She could feel her physical fitness improving every day. Additionally, she became better on the basketball court.
All of this inspired Whitney to continue pushing herself physically, which ultimately led to her falling in love with bodybuilding.
While the majority of the squad was having fun, I was paying attention to the trainer and challenging myself every day because I wanted to be the greatest and strongest in the weight room.
Bikini competitions
Whitney’s time playing for her basketball team came to an end after she earned her college degree. She quickly made the jump to bodybuilding competitions as her full-time job.
Whitney initially wasn’t sure which category she should enter. Figure and bikini classes were the options at first.
Whitney at first desired to compete in figure sports. She had 8 weeks before the show, but she wasn’t able to put on enough muscle. She ultimately decided to compete in the bikini category because it didn’t call for her to gain as much muscle.
This happened in 2009. Whitney competed in her first amateur bikini competition on stage. She was shocked when she placed second that day. She became even more “hooked” to bodybuilding and competed as a result of this outcome.
Whitney then resolved to work even harder than before to win her upcoming competition.
National Level Exhibitions
In 2011, Whitney began taking part in national competitions. In the beginning, everything was going smoothly.
But soon after, she encountered a significant obstacle when her spine was crushed. Her progress was halted as a result for several months. She was restricted from bodybuilding during this time and had to concentrate on healing.
Whitney, however, had an optimistic outlook and claimed that this would just spur her on to come back even stronger.
She kept her promise and entered competitions again in 2012, eventually rising to the top. She was moving ever closer to obtaining her IFBB Pro Card by the end of 2014.
Trying to Get a Pro Card
Whitney continued to put in a lot of effort in the gym over the months. Then, in 2014, after winning the Junior National Championships, she, at last, received the IFBB Pro Card.
After feeling great after winning, she wasted no time and placed ninth in her first professional race a few months later.
She quickly moved up the competitive ladder and eventually won the 2016 Muscle Mayhem Pro, her first Pro show.
Today’s Whitney
Whitney hasn’t slowed down in the least since going pro. She continues to dazzle with her accomplishments as a fitness model, bodybuilder, businesswoman, and NPC judge both on and off the stage.
People who follow Whitney online can find inspiration in her as well. She keeps up her fierce competition and eagerly anticipates what the future holds for her.
“I never expected anything or did I ever once say that I was going to turn pro before it happened. I just put my head down, put my headphones in, and put in the work and got rewarded for it. If there is a will, then there is a way.”
Training of Whitney Wiser
Every week, Whitney visits the gym at least five times.
She continuously tries out various fitness routines to keep on top of her training. She enjoys mixing things up to prevent her muscles from becoming accustomed to the same routine.
Side lateral raises are Whitney’s preferred workout. She also enjoys working out her lower body, particularly her glutes and legs.
Whitney enjoys playing basketball and spending time with her family in addition to bodybuilding. She enjoys participating in athletics because it is not only enjoyable and exciting but also great for shedding pounds.
Leg Exercise
Even still, nothing is known about Whitney’s precise workout regimen. She and other athletes frequently favor complicated motions that use several different muscle groups.
Whitney may also perform individual exercises, such as glute kickbacks, to target particular problem regions.
An example of a leg workout for a person like Whitney would be:
4 sets of 8–12 repetitions for squats with an overhead press
4 sets of 8–12 repetitions on a leg press
3 sets of 10-step lunges
Cable 3 sets of 20 repetitions each for the kickbacks.
Eccentric single-leg hamstring curls: 4 sets of 6–8 repetitions per leg
4 sets of 10 bungee broad jumps combined with a backward duck walk
Three sets of 10 reps for towel slides

- Leg Press Machine, 4 sets of 8-12 reps
- Lunges, 3 sets of 10 steps
- Cable Kickbacks: 3 sets of 20 reps per leg

4 sets:
- 12 Seated Cable Rows (close grip)
- 12 Seated Cable Rows (wide grip)
4 sets:
- 15 Lat Pulldown (close grip)
- 10 Hammer Strength Low Rows
4 sets:
- 12-15 Bent Over Barbell Rows
Whitney will only take a 60-second break in between sets.
Shorter rest periods equate to higher training intensity, which is exactly what Whitney wants when she’s trying to lose weight for a competition.
Additionally, this sort of exercise is quite successful at increasing a person’s cardiovascular endurance and capacity, negating the need for additional treadmill cardio.
Nutrition
Whitney normally consumes a healthy diet but understands the importance of balance. She will occasionally eat a burger and fries because of this.
Oatmeal blended with whey protein and peanut butter is her go-to high-protein food.
Whitney’s Approach to a Busy Week
Whitney will plan her meals ahead of time if she knows her week will be busy to maintain her weight loss objectives.
When there are no restrictions on her diet, it’s simple to give in to desires, so she constantly makes sure to be ready.
Whitney chooses to dine at wholesome restaurants if she doesn’t have the time to prepare her meals. She like light vegetarian dishes with seafood on the side on occasion.
Seasonal Diet
Whitney’s diet will inevitably become more restrictive while she is getting ready for a competition or photo session.
She will specifically consume fewer carbohydrates and other meals that can raise her blood sugar levels and cause her to gain weight. She will increase her daily protein intake at the same time to ensure that she maintains her lean muscle.
Patty with Protein
When Whitney wants something sweet, she might make these protein-rich pancakes;
- 1 cup of organic oats
- 2 egg whites
- 1 whole egg
- 4 drops of natural flavoring of choice
- Natural peanut butter
- A scoop of whey protein
- Just a sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)
