Biography

Beginning Of The Journey And Reality TV Star

Yarishna Ayala, who was born and raised in Puerto Rico, started training as a result of worrying about what she would be able to do with her life at the time her twin sister was giving birth.

Krishna and her sister had just completed their stint as professional dancers on the 2012 season of the American reality TV program “Q’Viva! The Chosen.” She wasn’t sure of her direction of travel at this point.

Krishna quickly joined the gym and hired a personal trainer after feeling the need to exercise. Through diligent practice, Yarishna made significant advancements, and her coach pushed her to participate in competitions.

She made it her goal to become a competitive bikini athlete.

Primary Competition

Krishna decided to compete in her first competition in 2013—the 2013 Unique Fitness Classic. She impressively managed to win a trophy and gain useful experience that has aided her career as a bikini athlete.

However, she was only beginning.

Obtaining A Pro Card

Yarishna Ayala entered six more competitions over the following few months, winning three more in the process. The 2013 NPC Junior National Championships was Yarishna’s seventh show, and she not only brought home trophies but also her Pro Card.

By the time she was 22, she had accomplished her goal of turning into a competitive bikini athlete.

The 2013 IFBB PBW Tampa Pro was Yarishna’s first professional competition. Despite not coming in first, she finished eighth in a hotly contested competition that included competitors like Courtney King.

The IFBB Valenti Gold Cup Pro was her final event of 2013, and she finished seventh.
