Biography
The Beginning of Zyzz
On March 24, 1989, Aziz Sergeyevich Shavershian was born in Moscow, Russia. Through his widely used social media accounts online, he gained worldwide recognition as Zyzz. He was well-known for his exuberant antics both on and off camera.
Zyzz Aziz Shavershian rose to fame as a bodybuilder, model, and occasional stripper. After posting multiple videos of himself acting like “Zyzz,” he amassed a massive fan base. Everything began in 2007.
Shavershian, before Zyzz turned into a bodybuilder, was the self-described “thin child” in the classroom. He would discuss his ectomorph body type in his films.
But Zyzz decided he wanted to improve his figure and add some muscle after being motivated by his brother, who was bodybuilding at the time.
I was an extreme ectomorph all through high school. I believed that I could eat anything without gaining weight, muscle, or fat. I’ve always been fascinated with bodybuilding, but I didn’t find the will to start working out seriously until I finished my last year of school and all of my examinations — it was time for a lifestyle shift.
I was the skinniest student in my grade at the time, and I loathed it when people would comment on how slender I was.
Without a doubt, Zyzz rapidly adapted to weight training, and within a short period, he significantly increased both the size of his muscular frame and his online fame.
Successful Businessperson
In 2011, Zyzz Aziz Shavershian launched his own protein company, coupled with a clothing line, a book, and a collection of his extensive bodybuilding expertise from his four years of training.
He said that the success of his social media platforms played a role in some of his achievements.
Urban Legend And Online Trend
Zyzz began posting links to his social media videos on fitness message boards for well-known bodybuilding websites in February 2010.
He imagines himself making fun of other group members by using insults like “u mirin’?” or “u jelly?” to imply that they were envious of his physique and admiring it.
The Urban Dictionary’s definition of Zyzz on April 4th, 2010 was “the apex of aesthetics.”
On September 23, 2011, he also made an appearance on the premiere of the Australian reality series “National Road Trip.” Zyzz and the other cast members were seen touring Australia.
Zyzz also made appearances in other online reality shows, which contributed to his rise to prominence.

“In a nutshell, my mentality is to disregard what is written on a piece of paper. Follow your body’s cues. If you’ve noted that you aim to perform 8–10 reps but feel like you can push harder, then you carry out your plan.
Training
Mental Acuity
Zyzz Aziz Shavershian was a great believer in listening to his body; he claimed that if he could perform more repetitions than his usual 8 or 10 he would continue. Here is Zyzz on perseverance and finding motivation for his workouts;
“In a nutshell, my mentality is to disregard what is written on a piece of paper. Follow your body’s cues. If you’ve noted that you aim to perform 8–10 reps but feel like you can push harder, then you carry out your plan.
“You’re not working out hard enough if you’re counting every single rep like it’s nothing. I don’t stop when I reach five repetitions when I deadlift; instead, I stop when my wrists can no longer support the bar.
The key is to push oneself. The human body prefers to remain still and resists change unless forced. The final shape of your body will be greater the more painful and difficult your workouts are.
“Play your favorite music, focus on your objectives, block out all negative thoughts, and enter the zone.”
The gym was a big deal for Zyzz. In his thoughts, he would spend hours and even days building up to it, creating the “mind pump,” in Zyzz’s words.
He entered the gym with serious intentions. Zyzz was crushing his workouts with an intense mental focus “mind-pump” while others were conversing and waiting for extended amounts of time between sets.
He was aware that it was primarily a cerebral game rather than a physical one. He realized that, in the end, willpower was what separated him from having the best physique imaginable and appearing like an average guy when he had to fight through every exercise.
