Who is Alysia Macedo?

Fitness trainer and bikini competition Alysia Macedo, often known as Magen and the “Real Life Wonder Woman,” was a dental assistant in the US Air Force.

She began her fitness adventure at a young age, enrolling in karate at the age of 8.

Biography

Early Years

Alysia Macedo started working out when she was a young child.

Alysia began karate at the age of 8 because her parents were eager for her to get active. From that point on, fitness played a significant role in her daily activities.

Because Alysia’s parents were such ardent proponents of leading a healthy lifestyle, they would feed her nutritious meals so she could benefit from her active way of life.

Alysia adopted this as her way of life and carried it into adulthood.

Alysia didn’t even have a TV when she was growing up, so she didn’t spend much time inside as a child. She would rather prefer to spend most of her time outside engaging in sports.

This gave Alysia the foundation she needed to advance in her fitness later in life.

Signing Up for the US Air Force

At the tender age of 19, Alysia enlisted in the US Air Force. This would entail putting in a lot of grueling, unsocial hours throughout a long workweek.

She had a busy schedule, therefore she would first experience a setback in her fitness goals.

However, Alysia started to strike the ideal work-life balance once she got her military career on track. She found time for exercise while working long hours.

Alysia was aware that this wouldn’t be simple, but her time in the military had taught her the true value of perseverance.

Alysia’s early dream was to tour the world in addition to serving her country. She was able to fulfill both of these goals by enlisting in the military.

Beginning to Compete

Alysia witnessed her friends succeed after beginning as bikini competitors. She ultimately developed an interest in it herself and started making the required preparations to pursue it.

Alysia has made great progress in her fitness quest thus far and developed a fantastic figure. However, Alysia was able to advance her trip by participating in bikini contests.

She participated in her first tournament in 2014 the Panhandle Showdown in Pensacola, Florida, where she placed second and earned NPC national qualification.

This was the pinnacle of her early fitness career and gave her the foundation to go further.

The Present

Alysia Macedo has witnessed the rapid growth of her fitness career. She became a fitness instructor to share her knowledge and help others reach the same goals she has.

Alysia keeps working hard since she is aware of the positive results it produces.

She was able to put her anxiety and sleep problems behind her to become the best version of herself.

She frequently shares her tale with others on her social media pages because she has noticed a rapid increase in her fan base.

This gave Alysia a platform from which to inspire people as well as to steer clear of negativity.

For Alysia, working for the US Air Force means an extremely full schedule. She doesn’t allow this, however, to have a detrimental effect on her training.

She uses resistance bands while she’s on the go so she can exercise anytime, anywhere.

She works out frequently, sometimes twice daily, to get the best results. She gets up at four in the morning, does fasting cardio for up to two hours, and then after her workday is over, she does resistance training.

This demonstrates Alysia’s incredible commitment to maintaining and improving her incredible figure.

“I discovered that for me, inspiration comes from a love for something so great that you make time for it, no matter how difficult it is.”

She encountered challenges, though, which originally caused her to fall behind. She started having personal health problems, which brought her to the edge.

But she was able to see this through with the help of her loved ones, which made her a stronger person.

She lists her supporters as one of her greatest influences since they lend a hand when she most needs it. Alysia was motivated by this to advance in her fitness journey and help others by sharing her experiences and knowledge in the field.

“I just think positively and remind myself of my objectives and how satisfying it is to achieve them.”

What Lessons Can We Take Away From Alysia Macedo?

Alysia has demonstrated her capacity to inspire people all across the world. She worked incredibly hard and was devoted to her goals, which allowed her to accomplish the things she had always wanted.
