YouTuber, author, actor, and social media sensation Daniel Howell is well-known for the videos he does with his boyfriend Phil. Daniel has also appeared in several films and TV programs, including Dan and Phil, Rejects, Big Hero 6, etc.
He is not currently creating any new YouTube videos for either of his channels, though. Two of Daniel’s YouTube profiles exist. One of them is his primary account, and the other one is a partnership with Phil.
Daniel’s primary channel, which has around 7 million members, hasn’t posted a video since last year. His subchannel with Phil has also been offline for more than two years.

Daniel Howell’s Exercise Program
Daniel Howell’s Workout Routine is over 6 feet tall and weighs close to 80 kg, which gives you a sense of how ungainly and unmuscular he is.
People of similar height to Henry Cavill, such as LeBron James, regularly weigh over 93 to 95 kg. Daniel is thin and has never really been a fan of getting more muscular; he probably won’t ever do so.
He doesn’t have a workout program or a gym routine, I’ll say it right now. If I had to give it away, I would advise you to engage in some simple bodyweight workouts four to five times a week in addition to a cardio routine if you want a physique similar to his.
You could get more ripped and bulky if you engage in too many activities. Even if you exercise frequently, you might eventually become extremely healthy and fit.
So long as you keep exercising by jogging, riding, or playing sports, remain active well enough. To keep your body in shape and toned, perform push-ups, pull-ups, crunches, squats, and other exercises four to five days per week.
If none of that appeals to you, consider taking yoga, dance, or Pilates class as an alternative. By doing that, you’ll maintain your body’s leanness and get a toned, healthy body.
Many celebrities concentrate solely on these exercises since they keep them in shape, help them declutter their minds, and put them in a higher good mental state. So, you may do anything you want, and if Daniel ever decides to bulk up and get ripped, I’ll change his exercise program.

I discovered several culinary videos from his early days on YouTube for the diet. Additionally, Daniel Howell’s Workout Routine shared this Instagram image in which he shows how to make pancakes with blueberries, strawberries, and different syrups.
Now that I’ve seen his figure, I’m assuming that Daniel’s key to eating well and in moderation is to enjoy his food.
Yes, Daniel Howell’s diet isn’t exactly incredibly rigid and nutritious, but he also doesn’t eat a lot of junk food.
Even if he does, I wouldn’t be shocked if it’s to compensate for whatever high-calorie foods he would eat. Everyone won’t, however, have the same metabolism as him.
Therefore, if you want to reduce weight, I advise consuming fewer than 1.8k calories a day and avoiding bread and other high-carbohydrate foods. Try to replace unhealthy snacks with nutritious ones such as fruits, drinks, smoothies, etc.
