Drake is a phenomenal singer and songwriter, according to some, while others dismiss him as an average singer with mediocre vocal ability who uses other authors to write his songs.

Drake is often the subject of both love and hate; while many males and even ladies enjoy him, many others despise him for being who he is.

Drake’s Exercise and Diet Routine

Drake undoubtedly has a fan base of his own, but you might claim that many musicians don’t like him or his music.

Even if it’s not about his music today, it is about the new photos of him with a great body and abs that have been going viral. While some claimed Photoshop, others claimed he obtained them through surgery.

The long and short of it is that he exercises and has actual abs. So let’s examine his diet and what he does to obtain them.

The Drake Workout Routine, Drake Diet Plan, and Drake Body Stats were the main topics of this post.

Drake’s Exercise Routine

Drake Workout Routine, Diet Plan, Exercise, Body Measurements

Drake’s training regimen is not my favorite since, according to what I have learned, he doesn’t focus much on his legs, and I don’t enjoy it. Although he does have a leg day, it is not as productive as other days.

His trainer claims that he dislikes burpees and that his form is poor. Although he did mention that Drake is open to exercises other than burpees.

This is fine since everyone, in my opinion, has something they don’t like to do at the gym. My exercise is one-arm dumbbell rows, which I don’t particularly enjoy.

Workout with Drake includes:

Day of the Drake Chest Workout, Push-Ups, Pull-Ups

Drake concentrates on warming up with push-ups and pull-ups before using the smith machine’s bench press. Yes, I am aware that not everyone uses a smith machine, but he enjoys it.

He performs an incline press later before declining a dumbbell press. He then practices his cross cable flyes after that. I can only get that, so, yeah. He performs 3–4 sets of 10–15 repetitions.

Day of Drake’s Back Workout, Dumbbell Rows, Deadlifts

When his trainer stated that he can muscle up, I was startled. Drake supposedly performs a muscle-up, which is something I could never imagine him doing.

He works his back with a variety of workouts, including pull-ups, lat pulldowns, v rows, dumbbell rows, and deadlifts. As evidenced by the numerous videos he posts performing deadlifts, he likes them.

The back exercise is likewise performed in three to four sets with ten to fifteen repetitions.

Day of Drake’s Shoulder Workouts, Military Press, Dumbbell Press

He performs cable lateral raises, military press, dumbbell press, shrugs, side lateral raises, and front rows on his shoulder day. Once more, perform 3–4 sets of 10–15 reps.

Since he withheld a lot of information about it and his trainer kept the routine a secret, the shoulder day is not confirmed. We are still unsure of exactly what he performs.

The information concerning Drake’s workout is provided below.

Drake Tricep, Bicep Exercise Day, Barbell Curls

He frequently posts pictures of himself performing biceps curls and barbell curls. Drake performs biceps curls, preacher curls, cable curls, and hammer curls as part of his bicep workout.

Pulley pushdowns, skull crushers, dumbbell kickbacks, and dips work the triceps. Here too, he performs 3 to 4 sets with 10 to 15 reps.

Day of Drake Legs And Core

Here, the legs are weaker, but he works on his abs, so perhaps that is why he exhibited results there more than anywhere else. Squats, leg presses, leg extensions, hamstring curls, and calf raises all work the legs.

On the leg and core day, he enjoys performing deadlifts. After then, he continues to work, but we are aware that this is only exercise and that he may be working on other things.

Leg raises, crunches, cross crunches (also known as bicycle crunches), v holds, planks, and hanging leg raises. Here, he performs 3–4 sets of 10–15 repetitions.

Plan Diet Drake, Protein-Rich Foods

This is still a mystery, though. His diet regimen has nothing legitimate about it. We only learn that he consumes fewer carbohydrates and more protein-rich foods.

The Drake Diet contains:

  • He is losing body fat percentage because of the diet’s calorie deficit.
  • Every day, Drake guzzles tons of water.
  • The Drake diet frequently includes chicken, salmon, and salad.
  • So far, all we know is that he consumes protein shakes as a supplement.

This is all about Drake’s diet strategy.
