American beauty Megan Fox is gorgeous but she struggles with body image. Hence she focuses on foods that are healthy and make her feel good. This is her eating routine in a day.
Megan Fox and her battles with body image
The actress Megan Fox has a great figure. Yet she struggles with body image. In a 2021 interview she have to GQ, she had said:
“We may look at somebody and think, ‘That person’s so beautiful. Their life must be so easy.’ They most likely don’t feel that way about themselves,”
Megan is now engaged to Machine Gun Kelly. He revealed:
“She eats super healthy,”
Further, he added:
“Everything is gluten-free and organic on her menu.”
Megan’s five factor daily diet routine
Megan’s personal trainer is Harley Pasternak. He has prepared a five factor diet for her. Megan follows it rigorously. The daily eating routine is three small meals in a day along with two heftier snacks.
Each of these five eating times have foods that provide her with nutrition and energy to keep her going. She feels confident of hers after having these meals.
Her day starts with a breakfast consisting of egg whites, almonds, and oatmeal. Harley states:
“For my clients, we focus on protein, fiber, and healthy fats,”
Megan has coffee in the morning. She stays away from energy drinks and alcohol. For lunch, Megan prefers salads containing grilled chicken or salmon fish.
She uses an apple cider vinaigrette or another healthy dressing as an addition to the salad.
Megan’s dinner menu and snacks
The actress takes salmon in dinner if she did not est it during her lunch. Harley revealed:
“Megan Fox finally listened to me…she is now a salmon fan. She will have salmon at least once a day. She’ll go have a bunch of salmon sashimi and she’ll have a cucumber salad and miso soup and some edamame,”
“She’s probably ordering sushi,”
“My menu’s like, Shake Shack, cheeseburger.”
MGK desires to go healthy in his eating habits. He is taking tips from Megan and may become a client of Harley for it.
In addition to above, Megan takes two snacks per day. These are usually between breakfast and lunch and between lunch and dinner. She is fond of smoothies.
Smoothies are blender pureed fruits or vegetables added in fruit juice or dairy products such as milk, yoghurt, ice creams or cheese. Harley said:
“Megan’s favorite is the red smoothie, which is whatever berries are in season, Chai tea, a scoop of protein powder, and little bit of almond milk,”
Megan also likes protein shakes and fruits. She has them after dinner sometimes for that extra proteins and minerals and vitamins.
This nutrition packed healthy eating keeps Megan on the go. She can continue with her work as an actress and model and duties of a mother to three kids.
