He lost one stone during the pandemic-induced lockdown period. The chef elaborated on how he managed to achieve that goal.
Many people during this lockdown period were under stress and depressed due to varied personal, financial, and other reasons. Hence, they consumed lots of comfort foods and put on weight.
These foods were high in calories and high sugars and saturated fats containing foods. There was also no gym and exercising was reduced. But Paul revealed that instead of gaining weight like others, he lost weight during the same period. How did he do it?

Paul admitted when the first lockdown happened, he too likes the others gained weight. Then he realized that it was not right and decided to change his lifestyle and make it healthy. This helped him lose weight. What exactly did he do?
First and foremost, he took to simple exercises to lose weight. This was in the form of walking and running. And this as expected helped him burn his fats and lose weight.
He did not just lie down idle at home. Instead, he did some odd jobs around the house. This too helped him in this weight loss journey.
Paul is a great baker. He is the country’s finest one. He is good at preparing chocolate brownies, lime macarons, blueberry muffins, and gorgeous focaccia bread.
Paul and his lockdown diet
During the lockdown, Paul decided to not eat the various tasty treats he can bake so well. He opted instead for a very simple diet. He revealed that he would consume homemade toast with a couple of eggs in the morning.
These eggs he purchased fresh from the farm across the road. In the evenings he would take a bowl of tomato soup with bread. In the afternoon he would consume some non-fattening foods.
The total would amount to 1100 calories in a day for him. This made him lose the excess flab gathered during the first lockdown. He also eliminated alcohol and stopped having hard drinks. Paul used to also have 2 liters of water per day.

This helped Paul. It might help many but all weight loss dieting should be strictly carried out under medical supervision. There are several days of losing weight successfully.
