Rahul Gandhi, the Congress MP and son of former PM of India, late Rajiv Gandhi is on a mission to unite India that the current government of BJP wants to split. He walks 25 and daily and is on the verge of completing his 3500 km walk from South to North India (Bharat Jodo Yatra).
People and his fans wonder what foods he takes in order to be able to walk so much daily braving the cold. Here is a breakup of it.
Rahul Gandhi and his great stamina
The beloved Congress MP Rahul Gandhi is on his 3500 km walk across the country from South to North in order to unite India and its people. This was much needed at this hour when the current BJP is hard bend on dividing people based on religion. The anti-Muslim feelings are at its peak now and Rahul is on a mission walk to eliminate this hatred created by BJP in the minds of gullible people of that land.
Rahul walks 25 kms daily. And now he has reached Punjab in North India with his followers. While on the walk, he is in his white T shirt that denotes peace and harmony. Even in the biting cold that has gripped the Northern hemisphere, Rahul continues to walk wearing a sole T-shirt with trousers. There is no jacket, no sweater, no warm cap, no muffler, or such warm clothing on him.
How is he able to brave the chilly winter of North India in these minimal clothes? What type of diet he consumes to keep himself so warm? Of course, he has the strength of truth, honesty, and empathy with him. But food wise, what does he consume daily?
Rahul and his exercise routine
Rahul Gandhi including his mom, Ms. Sonia Gandhi and sister, Priyanka Gandhi are fond of meditation. It calms them and gives them the strength to fight against the injustice of the system.
Rahul also does regular exercises. This includes a 12 km run on every other day. Randeep Surjewala, the spokesperson of the old Congress party said:
“Even if he gets free at midnight, he’ll come home, wash up, and go for a run,”
He is 52 now and is extremely fit and strong right to the core.
Rahul’s diet
On 7 January 2023, a journalist named Paranjoy Guha Thakurta tweeted a picture of Rahul when he was eating at an eatery a few kms away from Karnal in Haryana. He wrote:
“It was sheer coincidence: travelling to Punjab this morning, I crossed the Bharat Jodo Yatra. With some difficulty and a scuffle, I was able to meet Rahul Gandhi while he was eating at a dhaba a few kms from Karnal. We discussed politics, economics and India’s richest men..”

Rahul was eating roasted nuts, seeds, and dry fruits. These are extremely healthy foods. They are nutrients dense and contain healthy fats including omega 3 fatty acids, protein, dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals. They help maintain weight, keeps a person feeling full, and regulates blood sugar and blood cholesterol. Despite being high in fats, these foods have several health benefits.
