Biography
Early Years
Samantha was reared in a household of fitness addicts in New York, America, and she developed a fascination for the fitness industry at a young age.
Samantha was encouraged to participate in sports as a child by her bodybuilder father, who regularly worked out in their basement gym.
During high school, she participated in a variety of sports because of her father. She grew up naturally slim and fit with the ideal frame to support her physique.
Samantha was hoping to establish herself in the fashion world at this point.
Start of Fitness Journey
Her love for exercise, though, had grown stronger once she received her degree. On social media, she had grown to admire fitness models, and soon after, she began her fitness adventure.
To achieve her goal of becoming an IFBB Pro athlete, Samantha started lifting weights in the gym in 2014.
She put in a lot of effort over the following year, and with the assistance of a qualified coach, she made significant progress toward developing the body of her dreams. She had put a lot of effort into getting ready for the stage.
Competing as a Bikini Athlete
Samantha Skolkin competed in her first event, the NPC Steve Stone Metropolitan Championships, in 2015. She was enthusiastic about her future in the industry even though she didn’t win.
This inspired her to work even harder to achieve her objective.
She quickly signed up for the NPC Pittsburgh Championships, where she had some success this time. By finishing third, she was able to start competing in national competitions.
She started competing in the nationals the same year, although her best finish in four competitions was third. She was happy with how far she had gone in such a short period, though.
Becoming a Personal Training
Samantha was motivated to assist people to achieve their dreams after acquiring valuable experience as a bikini athlete and fielding numerous inquiries about her line of work on social media.
She started her training to become a personal trainer, and soon after, she was certified.

“My diet is so dull when I am getting ready for a show, so sometimes I crave the strangest foods. Even one cheat meal is out of the question until after the tournament.
A poor diet is impossible to out-train! You will notice amazing results if you put in the same amount of effort in the kitchen as you do in the gym (if you want it, you will do it.) Not forgetting, this is a LIFESTYLE. Love it to pieces
