Who is Sandra Grajales?
A professional figure competitor from Misantla, Mexico, Sandra Grajales. Within just three years of participating in fitness shows, she was a member of the IFBB Pro ranks.
Short Career of Sandra Grajales
Sandra Grajales, who describes herself as having always been “extremely thin,” recalls how comments about her thin appearance in school would frequently make her feel down and upset.
In 2010, Sandra finally decided to alter her physique, and for the first time, she joined a gym.
Sandra was able to fully alter her body with proper weight training and controlled nutrition, and it didn’t take long for her to earn a large following on social media for her striking looks.
Over time, she also developed into a figure competitor and a popular fitness model, gently but surely building her reputation in the field.
My parents initially disapproved of my new way of living. They disapproved of my use of protein powder. But they changed their minds after the initial results started to come in.
They are currently quite content, and I can honestly say that they are always behind me.

Training
Adding Weights and Volume
Sandra’s workouts include toning the entire body and adding muscle mass to body regions that are lacking in it. Her objective as a figure competitor is to appear somewhat more muscular than her counterparts in the bikini division.
She does a lot of volume while using somewhat heavy weights to do this. She takes anything from 45 to 90 seconds to relax between each set.
Cardio
Only when it is in season does Sandra work out with cardio five times a week.
Sandra Grajales typically skips the cardio during the off-season because her workouts are already sufficiently rigorous and lengthy to serve as both weight training and cardio.
Nutrition
Like the majority of other elite athletes, Sandra Grajales follows a strict and clean diet. She exclusively consumes whole, nutrient-dense foods, such as almonds, healthy oils, a lot of lean meat, brown rice, quinoa, and green leafy vegetables.
She might allow herself one or two cheat meals during the off-season, but even then, it’s quite infrequent.
Whey protein, glutamine, and BCAAs are the main components of Sandra’s supplement stack, which she keeps simple.
What Sandra Grajales can teach us?
Sandra Grajales taught us, if nothing else, that anything is attainable if you have faith in it.
One of the ways you can attain greatness is to be able to imagine whatever it is in life that you want and then work toward making that dream come true.
